Acquired in December 2022, Mariner’s Church is the newest acquisition in Portland Properties growing portfolio. Home to the iconic Old Port Tavern since 1973, it has anchored the Old Port District for almost 200 years. Originally reared for the moral and religious instruction of seaman from local and afar, it is now utilized as a prime location for office and retail tenants alike. Notably, among its many historic elements, it features an original seawall that was in place prior to the start of expansion at the waterfront beginning in the late 1700’s.
